The downloadable files are in markup format for import to Sakai (click here for import directions) and easy customization. These assessment work as either as timed quizzes to test content knowledge or as open-book “guided reading” assignments to highlight the chapters’ key points.
The default settings allow students to take the quiz twice, earning whichever is the higher grade. To change the settings, follow this set of directions. All quizzes are worth 10 points and the mostly include multiple-choice, matching, and true/false questions.
To download all of the quizzes in one zipped folder, follow this link. You can also download them individually below or from this Google Drive folder. Once you’ve uploaded the guided reading quizzes into Sakai, you can edit the settings and each question to meet the needs of your course.
