Exercise IB: Take a Writing Inventory

Step 1: How does the kind of writing you will do in ENGL 105 compare with your previous writing experiences?
Use this chart to consider what you already know and what you would like to know after this course. It’s okay if you have not done some of these kinds of writing before! The point of 105 is to prepare you to write in contexts beyond the classroom.
