Exercise 2-5B: Finding Sources in Legal Writing

Read the abstract for this article by a UNC Law professor, Holning Lau, at this link: https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=2784575.

Choose one of the three public policy proposals Professor Lau suggests that advocates should focus on in order to expand father’s rights as caregivers. Then, search for sources that would help you to make an argument in favor of that policy (or against it). With your group, share the sources you have found and identify whether the sources you have found qualify as primary or secondary sources.
