The Tar Heel Writing Guide is the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s own writing resource, developed by the UNC Writing Program in the Department of English & Comparative Literature. It’s designed not only to help students be successful in ENGL 105/105i, but also to guide and support students as they navigate writing situations in their other classes, and beyond!

This site contains resources for instructors using the Guide in ENGL 105/105i, as well as instructors of other writing-intensive courses.
